 I sure did! I've been fishing like a maniac since the tender age of 4, and ever since have tried my hardest to learn everything I could about the sport. If there's one thing I've noticed over my years of knowledge hunting, it's that nobody wants to give good fishing information away for free. This is especially true of the internet. Have you ever tried to look up fishing techniques or other information, only to be given a small blurb on what you want? Ever notice how that blurb almost always links to a book or video for sale? Well not here! I'm going to do my best to share as much of my knowledge as I can, free of charge

Why Ultrasonic Fishing Reel and Tackle Cleaning?

I started work in the field of ultrasonics almost 10 years ago, and since then have learned a great deal about the technology. As I learned about ultrasonic cleaning, I realized just how many cleaning applications ultrasonics would be perfect for. This naturally led me to thinking about using an ultrasonic cleaner to clean my fishing reels and other tackle. What makes ultrasonics so great is that they not only scrub harder and faster than a person could by hand, but they also do the scrubbing at a microscopic level! This means that every nook and cranny of even the most complex piece of fishing tackle will be cleaned to it's utmost. Every fisherman worth his or her salt knows that clean, well lubricated equipment is essential for a successful day on the water.
