At TackleBright we ship our items in the following ways. Most of our products will ship from stock, and if your item is not in stock you will be notified of the ship date or be given the choice to cancel the order.

NOTE: The Ultrasonic Fishing Reel and Tackle Cleaning Kits may ship in sepparate boxes from different locations.

Returns

Ultrasonic Cleaner and Chemistry

Used ultrasonic cleaners can not be returned unless it was a previously discussed demo unit. All ultrasonic cleaning solutions can not be returned.

All other itmes

We accept returns of all other items within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning your item for an RMA number. Also please include all documentation or accessories which may have come with your order. All returns after 15 days of delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. After we recieve your return you will be given a full refund, minus shipping.
